Now Available For 1 Credit

I have a brand new workbook. It appears to be about kindergarten level. It has the following types of lessons in it. Oral Language, Measurement, fine motor skills, classification, counting, writing, compare and contrast, visual discrimination, shapes, letters, numbers. I know my daughter would just scribble in it and wouldn't benefit from it if I tried to use it with her. If you want it I'm offering it up for 1 credit. It doesn't specifically list an age group. I would much rather see someone be able to make use of it, than see my daughter scribble in it and ruin it.

Holidays

Well the Christmas holiday is now over, Santa brought me one book. He brought me Green River runnning red by Ann Rule. I finished the book about Clara Harris the other night. I think it was a good read, but the ending really made me mad. If I ran my husband over with a car, they'd throw me in jail and I'd never see a penny of the life insurance money, and they'd probably sell the house out from under me. She was awarded over 2 million in assetts and money from his estate while his kids who were the innocent victims in the whole thing only got 1 3/4 million worth. I felt extrtemely bad for his daughter in the whole thing. She was in the passenger seat while her step mother ran him over. She was 16 at the time, and no child at any age deserves to have to see their father killed right before their very eyes.

I am now reading another true crime book, I am only on chapter 3, I'm a slow reader and the print is really small. I'm reading the I-5 killer by Ann Rule. Not alot happened yet, but I'm sure things will get interesting, her books always do.

Latest Book

I finished "sixteen minutes from home" the other night and have moved on to a book called "driven to kill: the clara harris story" So far this book is really good. It's a true crime book, and it's really interesting so far. This couple had everything you could ever want and just because his wife was being more of a mother than a wife, he started having an affair. When he confessed they tried to repair the relationship, but he didn't want to end his affair. When he asked her if he could see his mistress one last time to end things, she hired a private detective to follow him. She wasn't content to sit at home and wait while he was out with her, so she called the detective to find out where he was and she tracked him down. She went inside and beat up the other woman and then went back to the parking lot and ran her husband over with her mercedes while his 16 year old daughter was in the passenger seat. I'll keep you posted, but so far I'm really enjoying this book.

Current Reading

I am currently reading a book called "sixteen minutes from home" I am unsure of the author though. It's a book about the space shuttle columbia. I am almost done with this book, and am a little dissapointed. I am past the chapter of the investigation and what went wrong, and they are yet to say what the final result of the investigation was. Next up I will be reading either "driven to kill: the Clara Harris story" , "The beach house" by James Patterson, or "The I-5 killer" by Anne Rule. If anyone has any suggestions for a good book, a real page turner let me know.
